Returns
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These include:
- Opened or used accessories (e.g., chargers, screen protectors, etc.).
- SIM cards or other consumables.
Return Process
- Contact Us:
- Email us at Order@phonebank.nl or call us at +316 299 97744 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Approval:
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Return Inspection:
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–6 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
- For items showing signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or store credit. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Order@phonebank.nl or call +316 299 97744.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damage or defect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, orders enter processing and shipping, and cancellations are no longer possible.
